How to calculate Valorant eDPI
eDPI = mouse DPI × Valorant sensitivity. Enter both above and the calculator also shows your cm/360: how far you move the mouse to turn a full circle in Valorant.
Where to find your Valorant sensitivity
In Valorant, open Settings → General → Mouse and find Sensitivity: Aim. Scoped sensitivity is a separate multiplier below it.
Check your mouse’s DPI in its software (or measure it with the mouse DPI test if you’re not sure the label is accurate).
What’s a typical Valorant eDPI?
Valorant uses a much larger turn per sensitivity step than CS2, so the numbers are small. Most experienced players sit around 200–400 eDPI, for example 800 DPI × 0.25–0.5.
The bar under the results shows where your setting falls compared with that range. Being outside it isn’t wrong. It’s just a useful reference point if your aim feels too twitchy or too slow.
Converting to and from Valorant
Valorant sensitivity × 3.18 = CS2 sensitivity, and CS2 ÷ 3.18 = Valorant. Example: 0.4 in Valorant ≈ 1.27 in CS2 at the same DPI.
For exact numbers between any two games (including a DPI change), use the sensitivity converter.
Valorant sensitivity tips
- Leave Scoped Sensitivity Multiplier at 1.0 at first, then adjust only if scoped shots feel off.
- Valorant rewards precise crosshair placement, which is why low sensitivities are so common. Make sure you can still turn 180° comfortably.
- Turn on Raw Input Buffer in the mouse settings if it’s available on your system.
Once your sensitivity is set, build consistency with the aim trainer.
Frequently asked questions
What is a good Valorant eDPI?
Roughly 200–400 for most competitive players. 280 (800 DPI × 0.35) is a common middle ground.
How do I convert CS2 sensitivity to Valorant?
Divide your CS2 sensitivity by 3.18 at the same DPI. 1.5 in CS2 ≈ 0.47 in Valorant.
